Shipping & Returns Policy

cbr125world.com understands that prompt, efficient and economical shipping is important to our customers. To that end, at present, we are using Canada Post for all shipments. When you are completing your order and get to the shipping page it will display the rate before you pay so that you can understand what the total costs are.

It's important to note that all shipments, at present, go out without a tracking number. If you require a tracking number we will have to charge more for shipping as Canada Post charges us more for that service. Same thing if you want insurance.

It's Important to Order Properly - The First Time

Because shipping fees are incurred when you order it's important to make sure you are ordering everything you need. Just as with an order from your local parts store, you don't want to be stuck missing items needed to complete the job. Make sure that you order everything you require for your job in one shot. This will keep you from having to make another for forgotten items later. Carefully look at the bottom of the screen for Recommended Items when you're looking at buying an item. There you will find suggestions for related items of importance.

Because we pride ourselves on same-day shipping orders cannot be cancelled unless we receive notification prior to the drop-off time on the day the order was made. This can be as quickly as within an hour of ordering... Again, it's important to ensure your order is complete and accurate to help avoid problems.

Returns

We realize that returns are unavoidable. Mistakes do occur, things can happen. We are on your side and want to be as helpful as possible, even when it comes to returns.

  • Un-used Items can be returned, subject to our prior approval, provided they are in as-new saleable condition and have not been installed or damaged in any way. It is preferable that thay are un-opened. There cannot be any marks, dirt or grease on returns. They must be 'as new' and arrive without return shipping damage. All original packing material, paperwork & parts must be included. Returns must arrive within 30 days from their original delivery. In all cases, returned items will be closely inspected before credit will be given and credit for returned items is at our sole discretion. Individual components from kits are not normally returnable. Returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee if they were special-ordered or are not fast-moving parts.


  • Defective Items can be returned, subject to our prior approval, and will be subject to inspection to determine the extent of the defect. We work hard to perform due diligence in researching factories to manufacture and supply our products. Every effort is made to ensure that all parts are of the highest quality possible. We'd rather pay more for a quality item to ensure your satisfaction then to make more money by selling inferior quality parts that will cause you problems. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure your satisfaction. Nevertheless, we are always interested in feedback, whether positive or negative and will aggressively work to resolve any reported issues of defective parts. Defective items will be subjected to close inspection and their credit is at our sole discretion.


  • Shipping Fees on Returns will be born by the purchaser - no exceptions. Do not, under any circumstances, return products to us collect without prior authorization as they will be returned. If we find that the returned items are indeed defective we will likely refund/cover shipping costs due to it being a warranty issue.
  • We want to work with you to ensure an easy and problem free relationship, based on honesty, wherever possible. Our primary goal is your satisfaction so please let us know if there are ways that we can serve you better. We'd prefer not to have to enforce a returns policy but we have to protect ourselves from people who bought items, tried them out and then decided to return them! It does happen. It's also very easy for a person to destroy parts through a variety of incorrect service procedures and then expect warranty on a defective product. We have to protect ourselves from these cases by having a Returns Policy. We also have to protect the customer from issues that are not their fault. Hopefully, this policy will serve both goals.
