I put these clutch springs in yesterday. Took me an hour including putting my tools away and washing up. Before the new springs I felt there was always some "mushiness" in the connection from the engine to the road. I didn't like it but I thought I'd have to live with it. You don't have to live with the slipping clutch. Get the springs and install them. If you don't have the tools, buy them or have a friend help you install them. You will not be disappointed. My CBR now has a positive connection between the engine and the road. I feel more "in tune" while riding now. It's a much more enjoyable ride.
