as anyone took there lights apart and fit led strip and halo lights as I seen on images and youtube they look well smart and wondering if they easy to do

I don't think they are - if I recall correctly the lens is glued on to the light box and it requires heat to separate it ?

Let me put it this way, if I were going through the effort of taking it all apart I wouldn't bother with halo lights - I'd go the extra mile (or three) and install proper HID or LED replacements.

Sure, I had them on mine for a time. HID's use less power the standard halogen light so it's actually better for the bike as you have more available power with HID's. The important thing is to use a quality HID light/ballast and to not generate too much heat. Too much heat and the lens will turn golden colored.

It's expensive, and time consuming, to do it properly as you want to install a proper projector assembly too. I haven't looked into LED's yet but they seem to be the new thing and perhaps there's no heat.
