got a issue I don't think its ever been touched as when I brought it needed a lot of new parts

I put a allenkey into the socket of the valve adjuster to take cover off and when I was pulling it was moving my allenkey was like it was going to round it off so I stopped

does this mean the bolts are seized

I got no start issues or running issues and has now 21000k or so

If you mean you put an allen key on the two bolts that hold the valve cover on, and then it seemed to strip...then I'd say you have to have the wrong size key. I usually use a socket with an allen key in it.

The two things that are critical is that, when re-installing the valve cover you don't over-tighten the two bolts as they are steal and thread into aluminum - it's easy to do. The other is that you have the cover seated flush. You can actually put it on cocked and it will leak a lot of oil
